The History

Louis Mariette is a millinery based in Chelsea, London. Founded in 2007 by its eponymous namesake, the company specialised in bespoke hats and headpieces that were magical, fantastical and exuberant. A favourite with the fashion press, the company established itself as the go-to brand for stylists and editors in the know and has been regularly and frequently featured in Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Elle, to name but a few editorials.

While still maintaining its bespoke roots, the company has steadily grown, developing a strong ready-to-wear and bridal collection of hair accessories and hats that capture its founder’s playful and creative yet elegant spirit.

Louis’ extraordinary creations have been worn by an eclectic clientele such as Jerry Hall, Alek Wek, Jodie Kidd, Isabell Kristensen, Sophie Dahl, Joan Collins, Dannii Minogue, Lady Gaga, Paris Hilton and Kate Moss.

Louis Mariette is proud to be stocked in Harvey Nichols, Tsum, Henri Bendel, Browns, and in select boutiques worldwide.
